Vereistes

• 'n Nasionale Tegniese Sertifikaat N3 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie gepaard met drie (3) tot vyf (5) jaar toesig- en tegniese opleidingservaring na kwalifisering as 'n vakman.
• Vaktoetsertifikaat in Rigging.
• Moderators en Assessor Ervaring.
• Enige bykomende vakkwalfikasie in die meganiese ingenieursweseveld asook 'n Moderatorssertifikaat sal 'n voordeel wees Kennis: Kennis van die Wet op Vaardigheidsontwikkeling, 1998 en Vaktoetsregulasies.
• Moet kandidate in Rigging kan assesseer.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Goeie verslagskrywing.
• Goeie beplannings- en organisasievaardighede.
• Goeie mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede.
• Goeie probleemoplossingsvaardigheid.

Pligte

• Voer assessering in die Rigging-vak uit en implementeer ARPL.
• Voer moderasie van Vaktoets intern en ekstern uit.
• Voer oudite van eksterne Vaktoets-sentrums uit.
• Onderhou en verseker veilige bewaring van assesseringsrekords.
• Outelei Vaktoetsassistente Assesseer werkverrigting van personeel wat aan hom/haar rapporteer.
• Aankoop en beheer van assesseringsvoorraad.
• Onderhou veiligheid in die werkswinkel.
• Hou by gesondheids- en veiligheidsbeleide en prosedures. N.B.
