Assistent-direkteur om kurrikulumlewering in publieke TVET-kolleges te oorsien en te monitor, wat 'n graad in Onderwys en toesigervaring in na-skoolse onderwys vereis.

Pligte

• Hou toesig, ondersteun, monitor en verifieer die kollegestelsel en substelsels met betrekking tot kurrikulumlewering in die publieke TVET-kolleges.
• Koördineer en konsolideer statusverslae van kolleges oor alle moniteringsbevindings en -aanbevelings.
• Verskaf onderrig- en leerondersteuning in ooreenstemming met nasionale beleid en dien verslae tydig in.
• Ontwikkel en implementeer ingrypings-/ondersteuningsmeganismes in ooreenstemming met die leemtes wat in onderrig en leer geïdentifiseer is, d.w.s. kurrikulumwerkswinkel.
• Koördineer en konsolideer statusverslae van kolleges oor alle moniteringsbevindings en -aanbevelings.
• Beplan en voer monitering van studenteondersteuningsdienste uit in ooreenstemming met die raamwerk.
• Ontwikkel en implementeer ingrypings-/ondersteuning met betrekking tot die geïdentifiseerde leemtes.
• Verseker tydige ingryping met betrekking tot kwessies wat studente raak wat NSFAS-toelaes toegewys moet word.
• Koördineer en konsolideer statusverslae van kolleges oor alle moniteringsbevindings en -aanbevelings.
• Beplan en implementeer dosentontwikkelingsondersteuning en verseker dat verslae oor ingrypings met betrekking tot geïdentifiseerde leemtes gegenereer word.
• Beplan en implementeer dosentontwikkelingsondersteuning vir nuwe en hersiene kurrikula.
• Beplan en voer terreinbaseerde assessering en eksamenmonitering per eksamen Siklus uit.
• Verseker dat terreinbaseerde assessering en eksamenmoniteringsverslae tydig gegenereer en goedgekeur word.
• Ontwikkel en implementeer ingrypingmeganismes in gebiede van nie-nakoming.
• Analiseer en rapporteer oor die eksamenresultate per Siklus.
• Koördineer en konsolideer statusverslae van kolleges oor alle moniteringsbevindings en -aanbevelings. N.B.
• Alle genomineerde kandidate sal vereis word om 'n relevante bevoegdheidsoefening te voltooi.
