Administratiewe klerk gesoek deur die Western Cape Department of Infrastructure om fakturenbetalings, verkryging, data-invoering en logistieke ondersteuning te behartig op salaris vlak 5.

Vereistes

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie); 'n Geldige (B of hoër bestuurslisensie.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis van die volgende: Klerklike pligte, praktyke asook die vermoë om data in te voer, 'n rekenaar te bedryf en statistiek te versamel;
• Finansies- en Toevoerkettingbestuursprosesse;
• Wetgewende raamwerk wat die Openbare Diens regeer.
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Rekenaargeletterdheid in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams);
• Kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondelings);. Syferkundigheid;
• Beplanning en tydbestuur;
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

Pligte

• Stel fakturenbetalings op en verwerk dit;
• Verkry goedere en dienste;
• Voer in, organiseer, berg en onttrek intervensiedata;
• Skakel met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes;
• Reël logistieke reëlings vir intervensies en verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning vir vergaderings, komitees en fora.
