Die Western Cape Department of Infrastructure soek 'n gespesialiseerde grader-operateur om grond- en teerpaaie te onderhou, waarvoor 'n Graad 10-sertifikaat en ses jaar se ervaring in konstruksieplant vereis word.

Vereistes

• Graad 10-sertifikaat (ekwivalent of hoër kwalifikasie); 'n Minimum van 6 jaar se relevante ervaring as 'n operateur op konstruksietoerusting insluitend 'n grader; 'n Geldige kode EC1-bestuurslisensie met 'n professionele bestuurspermit (PDP).
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis van die volgende: Konstruksieplant;
• Meganiese onderhoud van konstruksieplant;
• Algemene padonderhoud;. Gereedskap;
• Teer- en grondpadoppervlakke;
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Logiese denke;
• Goeie kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondeling);
• Wees in staat om konflik situasies met personeel en publiek te hanteer;
• Hoë agting vir gesondheid en veiligheid;
• Goeie leierskap en selfgedrewe met minimum toesig.

Pligte

• Onderhou grondpaaie en grondelemente op padnetwerk om veilige bestuursoppervlak vir die reisende publiek te verseker;
• Behoeftebepalings van grondkolligings;
• Verantwoordelik vir teerpadonderhoud om veilige bestuursoppervlak vir pad vir reisende publiek te verseker;
• Toesig oor personeel.
