Hou toesig oor portiers en bestee lykhuisadministrasie by Karl Bremer Hospital, waarvoor Graad 9 en toesigervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) / Graad 9 / STD7.
• Ervaring: Toepaslike toesigervaring van personeel en lykhuisadministrasie.
• Inherente vereistes van die werk: 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Bereidwilligheid om nagskofte, openbare vakansiedae, naweke en oortyd te werk en op bystand te wees.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office, Excel en Word).
• Kennis van toepaslike wetgewing rakende die administrasie van sterftes en relevante beleide.
• Kennis van infeksievoorkoming en -beheer.

Pligte

• Verantwoordelik vir algehele toesig en bestuur van Portiers.
• Bestuur van lykhuistoerusting, bates en verbruiksbare goedere.
• Verseker doeltreffende en effektiewe lykhuisadministrasie en hantering van liggame.
• Verskaf doeltreffende en effektiewe ondersteuning aan Support Services Managers.
