Oorsig

Hou toesig oor roetine gewas-, vee- en infrastruktuuraktiwiteite by die Nortier-plaas in Lamberts Bay, wat Graad 12 en ten minste een jaar se relevante ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• Senior sertifikaat (Graad 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie); 'n Minimum van 1-jaar relevante ervaring; 'n Geldige (Kode B of bestuurslisensie.
• NB: Persone met gestremdhede wat bestuursvermoëns beperk, maar wat redelike toegang tot vervoer het, kan ook aansoek doen.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis en goeie begrip van die volgende: Veebestuur en rekordhouding;
• Tegniese kundigheid en kennis van gewasproduksiemetodes, besproeiing, planting en bemesting;
• Infrastruktuuronderhoud en oprigting van nuwe heinings en pyplyne;. Toerustingonderhoud;
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Rekenaarvaardigheid in MS Office-pakket (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondeling);. Personeeltfoesig;
• Operasionele bestuur;. Probleemoplossing;
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

• Hou toesig oor die uitvoering van roetine-aktiwiteite ten opsigte van gewasproduksie;
• Hou toesig oor die uitvoering van roetine-aktiwiteite ten opsigte van vee;
• Hou toesig oor die uitvoering van algemene plaasroetine-aktiwiteite;
• Hou toesig oor die uitvoering van algemene roetine-aktiwiteite ten opsigte van infrastruktuur en verrig alle administratiewe en verwante funksies.
