Kliniese Tegnoloog Vlak 1 in Nefrologie gesoek vir Witbank Hospital om nierdialise sorg en pasiëntvoorligting te lewer.

Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12 plus 'n toepaslike kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Kliniese Tegnologie toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die HPCSA as Kliniese Tegnoloog (2026).
• Basiese lewensondersteuning (BLS). 'n Minimum van twee (2) jaar Dialise ervaring sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
• Vlak 1: SA gekwalifiseerde werknemers: geen ervaring na registrasie by die HPCSA in die relevante beroep (waar van toepassing) met betrekking tot werknemers wat Gemeenskapsdiens soos in SA vereis verrig het.
• Buitelandse gekwalifiseerde werknemers: een (1) jaar relevante ervaring na registrasie by die HPCSA in die relevante beroep (waar van toepassing) met betrekking tot werknemers wat Gemeenskapsdiens soos in SA vereis verrig het.
• Kennis en insig rakende dialise masjiene en omgekeerde osmose/watersuiwerings stelsel.
• Kennis van infeksie voorkoming en beheer (IPC) protokolle.
• Basiese rekenaar geletterdheid.
• Kennis van relevante wetgewing en beleid rakende nefrologie.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik sowel as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer.
• Effektiewe kommunikasie.
• Goeie organisatoriese vaardigheid en vermoë om onder druk te funksioneer.
• Moet bereid wees om skofte, naweke en openbare vakansiedae te werk.

Pligte

• Lewer veilige, omvattende en gehalte pasiëntesorg, met spesifieke verwysing na niere siektebehandeling en -voorligting ooreenkomstig die Werksomvang en Niersorgbeleid en standaardprosedures.
• Toon kennis van Akute Dialise en Chroniese Dialise Behandeling.
• Kliniese rekordhouding, prosedures en protokolle.
• Bedien dialise masjien en water suiwerings stelsel.
• Identifiseer, voorkom en bestuur risiko's om pasiëntveiligheid te verseker.
• Fasiliteer 'n positiewe pasiënt ervaring deur 'n gepaste omgewing te skep.
• Ontwikkel/wysig 'n geïntegreerde, omvattende pasiënt-gebaseerde sorgplan.
• Voer pasiënt beoordeling uit en interpreteer bloed resultate.
