Direkteur: Beheer van Oordraagbare Siektes by die Mpumalanga Provinsiale Kantoor, wat 'n kwalifikasie in Gesondheidswetenskappe en vyf jaar se bestuurservaring in openbare gesondheid vereis.

Vereistes

• 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie (NQF Vlak 7) in Gesondheidswetenskappe soos deur SAQA erken.
• Ten minste vyf (5) jaar se ervaring in Openbare Gesondheidsdienste op 'n middel-/senior bestuursvlak.
• Nyukela Openbare Diens SMS Toetree-program Sertifikaat.
• Bewese kennis en ervaring in die lewering van Gesondheidsdienste op primêre gesondheidsorg- en hospitaalvlak binne die Distrik Gesondheidstelsel, in ooreenstemming met toepaslike wetgewing, beleide en regulasies binne die Openbare Sektor.
• Ervaring in die bestuur van ontluikende, herontluikende, malaria- en vektor-gedraagde siektes. 'n Meestersgraad in Openbare Gesondheid-kwalifikasie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees. 'n Bestuurslisensie.
• Strategiese en leierskapsvermoëns.
• Finansiële Bestuur;
• Projekbestuur, probleemoplossing en analise.
• Veranderingsbestuur, besluitneming, konflikbestuur, mondelinge kommunikasie en verslagskryfvaardighede.
• Mensebestuur, kliëntgerig en op die klieënt gefokus.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid. 'n Dinamiese individu met uitstekende bestuursvaardighede. 'n Proaktiewe denker; effektiewe verslagdoening, interpersoonlike, onderhandelings- en kommunikasievaardighede is noodsaaklik.

Pligte

• Verseker die optimale voorsiening van beheer en bestuur van oordraagbare siektes in die Provinsie.
• Verseker die ontwikkeling, implementering en monitering van strategiese en operasionele planne vir die Provinsie.
• Dien tydig weeklikse, maandelikse, kwartaallikse en jaarlikse verslae rakende programaktiwiteite in.
• Ontwikkel, onderhou en implementeer die strategieë en beleide in ooreenstemming met nasionale gesondheidsverwante wetgewing en raamwerke.
• Verskaf strategiese leierskap en Menslike Hulpbronbestuur en -ontwikkeling.
• Berei en onderhou die program se hulpbronne voor en vul in die gesondheids- en diensbehoeftes van die provinsie ooreenkomstig die toepaslike voorskrifte.
• Verteenwoordig die provinsie van die Department by toepaslike forums.
• Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling en implementering van die stelsel wat gemik is op die verbetering van dienslewering.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
