Vereistes

• Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12/Senior Sertifikaat.
• Rekenaargeletterd en akkuraat. 'n Aanbeveling van nominasie as 'n ICCV deur 'n gemeenskapsorganisasie (nie ouer as ses (6) maande nie).
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as 'n span te werk.
• Gemeenskapsgerig en deeglike kennis van die Batho Pele-beginsels.
• Selfversekerdheid en vermoë om onder druk te werk.
• Vermoë om te kommunikeer (mondelings en skriftelik). 'n Bestuurslisensie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
• Voorkeur sal gegee word aan kwalifiserende aansoeke wat ontvang is van persone wat woonagtig is in gemeenskappe wat in die nabyheid van die korrektiewe sentrum is waar die pos gevul moet word.

Pligte

• Die ampshouer sal verantwoordelik wees vir die uitvoer van terreinbesoeke en verslagdoening oor dringende aangeleenthede.
• Om gereelde onderhoude en konsultasies met gedetineerdes en DCS-amptenare rakende klagtes en verpligte aangeleenthede te voer.
• Ontvang en vaslegging van alle klagtes/versoeke op die databasis.
• Oopmaak en instandhouding van saaklêers.
• Opvolg doen op uitstaande klagtes.
• Indiening van maandelikse verslae.
• Verskaf statistiese ontleding van alle klagtes ontvang.
• Beroep op navrae.
• Uitvoer van alle redelike opdragte deur die toesighouer/ Streekbestuurder.

Only an updated comprehensive CV (with detailed previous experience, if any) and a completed and signed new Z83 application form is required. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other related documents on or before the day of the interview following the communication from Human Resources and such qualification(s) and other related document(s) will be in line with the requirements of the advert.
