Vereistes

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration or relevant qualification within the related field as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Administration or relevant field.

Pligte

  • Provide strategic planning and reporting support.
  • Provide document management support (preparation of documents packs, filing, recording).
  • Provide administration support services.
  • Coordinate branch meetings and do follow-up as well as management of all administrative issues.
  • Ensure coordination, consolidation and implementation of actions emanating for the Executive Management meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support on the coordination of parliamentary questions and queries/referrals, as well as stakeholder engagements.
  • Receive all Cabinet documents.
  • Coordinate the processing of all logistical documentation in the Chief Financial Officer’s office i.e travel request;
  • S&T, cellphone claims, 3G.
  • Provide budget, expenditure and procurement administration support.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance in document management in the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Provide support in coordination and consolidation of the branch inputs into strategic, business plans, and Annual Performance Plans (APPs).
  • Provide support in the coordination and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, bi-annal and annual, oversight reports.

Following the interview and the technical exercise of all SMS posts, the Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments.
