Die Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services soek 'n Senior Interne Ouditeerder in Centurion om risiko-gebaseerde ouditversekering te verskaf en borgingsprosesse te evalueer.

Vereistes

• Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat), Nasionale Diploma (NQF 6) of Baccalaureusgraad (NQF 7) op 3de jaarvlak in Interne Ouditing / Ouditing / Rekeningkunde / Finansiële Bestuur / Kommersiële Bestuur / Risikobestuur of 'n gelykwaardige verwante kwalifikasie wat deur SAQA erken word.
• Bykomende voordeel: IIA-lidmaatskap; en CIA, CISA, CRMA-studies of sertifisering, ens.
• Minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring in 'n Interne Oudit, Eksterne Ouditing, Risikobestuur of Nakomingsomgewing.
• Ervaring in die uitvoer van oudit-opdragte, die voorbereiding van oudit-werkdokumente en verslae, die uitvoer van risiko- en kontrole-assesserings en die ontwikkeling van oudit-bevindings en aanbevelings.
• Bykomende voordeel: ervaring in openbare sektor interne ouditing, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), nakomingsouditte, prestasie-inligting-ouditte, inligtingstegnologie-ouditte, risikobestuur, ouditkomitee-ondersteuning of ouditte binne toesig.
• Kennis van die PFMA, Tesourieregulasies, Public Service Act en Regulasies, risikobestuursraamwerke, korporatiewe borgingsbeginsels, bedrog-risikobestuur, interne kontrolestelsels, oudit-metodologieë, prestasie-inligtingsraamwerke en Interne Oudithandvereistes.
• Vaardighede en bevoegdhede: oudit-beplanning, risiko-analise, verslagskrywing, analitiese denke, kommunikasievaardighede, finansiële analise, data-analise, onderhoudvaardighede, probleemoplossing, aandag aan besonderhede, belanghebbende-betrokkenheid, aanbiedingsvaardighede, rekenaargeletterdheid en die vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die verskaffing van onafhanklike en objektiewe versekering en konsultasiedienste deur die uitvoering van risiko-gebaseerde interne oudit-opdragte, evaluering van borgingsprosesse, interne kontroles en risikobestuurstelsels, en die verskaffing van aanbevelings wat gemik is op die verbetering van doeltreffendheid, effektiwiteit en nakoming binne JICS.
• Voer risiko-gebaseerde interne ouditte uit in ooreenstemming met goedgekeurde oudit-projekplanne; berei voorlopige opnames voor; prosesvloeie; risiko-assesserings; oudit-programme.
• Voer veldwerk en toetsprosedures uit; versamel en ontleed ouditbewyse; stel oudit-werkdokumente op; evalueer die toereikendheid en effektiwiteit van kontroles; assesseer nakoming van wetgewing en beleid; hersien finansiële en operasionele prosesse; identifiseer kontrole-swakpunte en risiko's; opsterf oudit-bevindings en aanbevelings.
• Stel oudit-verslae op; kommunikeer oudit-uitslae aan bestuur; voer opvolgouditte uit en monitor implementering van oudit-aanbevelings.
• Verskaf risikobestuursondersteuning, voer borgings- en nakomingshersienings uit, ondersteun ondersoeke na ongeregtighede waar vereis, help met interne oudit-beplanning, dra by tot risiko-gebaseerde beplanningsprosesse, verskaf insette tot oudit-universum-hersienings en help met die voorbereiding van Ouditkomitee-dokumentasie en vorderingsverslae.
• Bestuur die menslike, logistieke en hulpbronne wat aan hierdie posisie op 'n deurlopende basis toegewys is, in ooreenstemming met OPENBARE organisatoriese voorskripte.
• Bevordere spanwerk en bestuur konflik doeltreffend om levering van projekdoelwitte te verseker.
