Assistentdirekteur vir Nakomingsbestuur in Pretoria, wat 'n Nasionale Diploma in Nakoming, Regte of Risikobestuur plus drie jaar se toesigervaring in nakoming vereis.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en Nasionale Diploma in Nakomingsbestuur / Regte / Risikobestuur (NQF 6).
- Minimum van 3 jaar se toesigervaring in 'n nakomingsbestuursomgewing.
- Werksverwante kennis: kennis van korporatiewe bestuursake, Nakomingsbestuur, Openbare diensomgewing, Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) en National Treasury Regulations.
- Toepaslike wetgewing en regulasies, norme en standaarde.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Dinamiese leierskapsvaardighede, Rekenaargeletterdheid in Microsoft Office Suite, Projekbestuursvaardighede, Kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik), Aanbiedings- en fasiliteringsvaardighede.
- Probleemoplossing en ontleding.
- Uitgebreide werksure en vermoë om onder druk te werk. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
Pligte
- Implementeer 'n nakomingsbestuursstrategie.
- Implementeer 'n nakomingsbestuursproses wat nakomingsidentifisering, nakomingsrisiko-assessering, nakomingsrisikobestuur en verslagdoening insluit.
- Ontwikkel 'n opleidingsstrategie en oplei werknemers in die Departement oor nakomingsbewustheid.
- Dateer die Departementele Nakomingheelpad voortdurend op.
- Verskaf bystand by die opstel van die jaarlikse nakomingsbestuursimplementeringsplan.
- Neem deel aan komitees wat as adviserende liggame dien op die gebied van nakomingsrisikobestuur.
- Verskaf bystand by alle nakomingsverslagkoördinering en help met enige nakomingsverwante inligting wat deur die Risiko- en Nakomingskomitee vereis word.
- Belyn nakomingskontrolelys met strategiese en operasionele planne op 'n voortdurende basis.
- Identifiseer strategiese en operasionele planne van die Departement ten einde die Departementele besigheid te verstaan vir die doel van die identifisering van regulasiesvereistes.
- PUBLIC Voer nakomingsassesserings in die departement uit volgens prosedure.
- Voer nakomingsmonitering uit in ooreenstemming met ontwikkelde nakomingsmoniteringsinstrumente en -tegnieke.
- Kommunikeer best-praktykmetodologieë en standaarde vir nakomingsfunksionaliteit.
- Doen navorsing oor wat die best-praktyk-nakomingsmetodologieë is en dra by tot die verbetering van die Departementele nakomingsbestuursmetodologie.
