Vereistes

  • Graad 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.
  • Aantoonbare bevoegdheid om onafhanklik, professioneel, verantwoordelik en met geloofwaardigheid op te tree.
  • Basiese syferkundige vaardighede.
  • Kennis van Finansiële Rekeningkunde wat verband hou met die verwerking van skuldeisarbetalings en werknemersvoordele soos seltelefoon en S&T.
  • Vermoë om onafhanklik sonder konstante toesig te werk.
  • Kennis van Openbare Finansies, PERSAL;
  • BAS en LOGIS.
  • Goeie kommunikasievaardighede, mondeling en skriftelik.
  • Beplannings- en organisasievaardighede.
  • Goeie analitiese vaardighede.
  • Algemene rekenaargeletterdheid en kennis van programme in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Verwerk betalings van diensverskaffers vir die eenheid.
  • Verskaf ondersteuning aan Finansiële Rekeningkunde.
  • Bestuur betaalregister.
  • Ontvang alle eise en fakture, kontroleer korrektheid en dien by Direkteur: Administrasie vir goedkeuring in.
  • Lê S & T-eise en seltelefooneise op PERSAL- en BAS-stelsel vas.
  • Administereer die klein kontant vir die kantoor.
  • Dien gesertifiseerde loonlys maandeliks by Hoofkantoor in.
  • Volg skuldeisarbetalings op volgstelsel.
  • Versprei alle finansieverwante beleide en sirkulaires aan amptenare.
  • Hou by beleide en prosedures.
  • Skakel met kliënte en verskaffers.
  • Verifieer beskikbaarheid van fondse en beveel goedkeuring van besteding aan.
  • Help met die opstel van streekbegroting.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. A pre-entry certificate obtained from the National School of Government (NSG) is required for all SMS applicants for Public Service Act positions in the NPA (SMS pre-entry certificate to be submitted prior to appointment). NPA Act appointments are exempted from the pre-entry certificate requirement. This is a Public Service specific training programme. The name of the course is Certificate for entry into the SMS.
