Assistent-direkteur benodig in Witbank om minerale regte en permit-aansoeke te administreer, om wettige nakoming te verseker en advies te gee oor besluitnemingsprosesse.
Vereistes
- A Baccalaureusgraad/BTech-graad/Gevorderde Diploma in Regte of LLB (NQF7) minimum van 3 jaar ervaring in die bedryf.
- Verder, Kennis van: Basiese kennis van vorige minerale wetgewing\, Basiese kennis van MPRDA, Basiese kennis van administratiewe prosedures, Basiese kennis van Departementele beleid i.r.v.
- Minerale Regulering.
- Vaardighede: Vermoë om verslae te skryf, Vermoë om voorleggings te skryf, Vermoë om vergaderings en inspeksies uit te voer, Vermoë om skriftelik en mondeling te kommunikeer, Vermoë om as bemiddelaar tussen (aggressiewe) partye op te tree.

Pligte
- Administreer die administratiewe proses vir elke regte- of permit-aansoek in ooreenstemming met die Wet.
- Ondersoek potensiële konflik tussen voorafgaande regte en landgebruik.
- Gee advies in die besluitnemingsproses.
- Verseker die reëling vir die betaling van tantiemes en prospekteergelde aan die staat in ooreenstemming met die Wet.
- Identifiseer onwettige prospekteer- en mynboubedrywighede en neem waar toepaslike regstellende stappe.
- Verseker/verwerk oppervlakgebruikaansoeke en evalueer oppervlakbenutting in verband met die ontginning (slegs waar ekonomiese ontwikkeling sub-direktoraat nie gestig is nie.
- Verskaf ondersteuning aan die Streeksmynbou-ontwikkeling en omgewingskomitee (RMDEC).
