Oorsig

Koördineer fisiese beskerming en uitbestede sekuriteitsdienste om Western Cape-regering se bates, eiendom en personeel te beskerm.

Vereistes

• An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher);
• PSIRA registration minimum Grade B;
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
• A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.
• NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
• Kompetensies: Werkkennis en begrip van die volgende: Wetgewing, regulerende raamwerke, beleide en beste praktyke wat 'n uitwerking het op die lynfunksies;
• Inligtingstelsels wat help met die bestuur van kennis en inligting met betrekking tot die lynfunksie;. Projekbestuur;
• Operasionele bestuurspraktyke;
• Verkryging en tenderprosesse;
• Beleidsonwikkeling, en operasionele bestuur, monitering en hersieningsprosesse;
• Moderne stelsels van bestuur en administrasie;
• Openbare diensprosedures, prosesse en stelsels;
• Streeks- en plaaslike politieke, ekonomiese en sosiale aangeleenthede wat 'n uitwerking het op die provinsiale regering van die Western Cape;
• Konstitusionele, regtelike en institusioneel reëlings wat die Suid-Afrikaanse openbare sektor regeer;
• Openbare finansies, menslike hulpbronne en diskoersbestuursprosesse;
• Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations, ander finansiële beleide, voorskrifte, richtlyne en kollektiewe ooreenkomste.
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Rekenaarvaardigheid in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);. Mensebestuur;. Projekbestuur;. Konflikbestuur;
• Kommunikasievaardighede (geskrewe en mondeling);. Kontrakbestuur;. Probleemoplossing;. Syferkundigheid;. Geletterdheid;

• Koördineer die verskaffing van sekuriteitsdienste om Provisiale Regering se bates te beskerm, insluitend werknemers, eiendom en besoekers;
• Bestuur en hou toesig oor die prestasie van uitbestede sekuriteitsdiensverskaffers oor departemente;
• Koördineer beplanning, verslagdoening en prestasiebestuursaktiwiteite vir fisiese beskerming;. Bestuursfunksies.
