Vereistes

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.
• Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Accounting / Finance / Financial Management / Management Accounting soos deur SAQA erken.
• Kennis en ervaring van voorraadadministrasie, met fokus op die volgende areas: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) en Treasury Regulations. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Goeie interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondelings).
• Goeie bestuurs- en toesighoudende vaardighede.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en binne styf sperdatums te werk. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal 'n voordeel wees.

Pligte

• Vaslegging van kwitansies en joernale op BAS.
• Verwerk skuldenaarsrekeninge.
• Monitor PEIS-rekeninge.
• Fakturering van PAIA-rekeninge.
• Administereer afdelingslogistiek.
• Verwerk kontant en deponeer dit.
• Berei afstemmings- en finansiële verslae voor.
• Versoeke verslae op BAS vir voorlegging aan Treasury.
• Konsolideer inkomsteinligting soos ontvang van verskeie fasiliteite.
