Bestuurlid van werkswerkpersoneel en toesig oor onderhoudsaktiwiteite by Mapulaneng Hospital in Mpumalanga, waarvoor 'n ambagsertifikaat en vyf jaar se postkwalifikasië-ambagsmanervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

• Toepaslike ambagsertifikaat plus vyf (5) jaar postkwalifikasië-ervaring as 'n Ambagsman in een van die volgende: skrynwerk / messelwerk / verfwerk / loodgieterswerk / meganies en elektries.
• Kennis van tegniese en onderhoudsaangeleenthede.
• Kennis van die PFMA en die OHSA.
• Sterk leierskap en bestuursvermoë.
• Vermoë om effektief te kommunikeer op operasionele vlak.
• Moet rekenaargeletterd wees. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

Pligte

• Effektiewe toesig en bestuur van die daaglikse aktiwiteite van die werkswerkpersoneel in die beboude omgewing, voer gereelde terreininspeksies uit en verseker dat alle terreine aan die tersaaklike statutêre regulasies voldoen.
• Ontvang, hanteer en volg op uitstaande werkkaarte, hou toesig oor die onderhoud van staats eiendomme, beveilig en hou toesig oor die onderhoud van werkswinkeluitrusting, monitor die verwydering van vullis en kantoor meubels by staatsgeboue, woon onderhoudsverwante vergaderings by kliëntdepartemente.
• Help met finansiële en verkrygings-, administratiewe prosesse van werkswinkels.
• Bestuur personeel en jaarliks toegekende begrotings ooreenkomstig die PMDS en PFMA.
• Identifiseer opleidingsbehoeftes.
• Verlofbestuur en personeelprestasiebestuur.
• Stel verslae op oor werkswinkelaktiwiteite en verwante insette wanneer vereis.
