Vereistes

• Toepaslike kwalifikasies wat registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as 'n Mediese Spesialis in Anesthesiology (2026) moontlik maak. 'n Geldige werkpermit sal van nie-Suid-Afrikaners vereis word.
• Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Kennis van huidige Health and Public Service-regulasies en -beleid.
• Vaardighede ten opsigte van konsultasies, anamnese, ondersoek, kliniese assessering en kliniese bestuur.
• Grade 1: Geen na registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Spesialis (Independent Practice).
• Minimum van een 1 jaar tersaaklike ervaring na registrasie by 'n erkende Foreign Professions en / of die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Spesialis (Anesthesiology) vir buiteland gekwalifiseerde werknemers.
• Grade: 2: 'n Minimum van vyf (5) jaar se ervaring na registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Spesialis (Independent Practice). 'n Minimum van ses (6) jaar se tersaaklike ervaring na registrasie by 'n erkende buitelandse gesondheidsprofessieraad en / of die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Spesialis (Anesthesiology) vir gekwalifiseerde buitelandse werknemers.
• Grade 3: 'n Minimum van tien (10) jaar se ervaring na registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Spesialis (Independent Practice).
• Minimum van elf (11) jaar se tersaaklike ervaring na registrasie by 'n erkende buitelandse gesondheidsprofessieraad en / of die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Spesialis (Anesthesiology) vir gekwalifiseerde buitelandse werknemers.
• Kennis, vaardighede, opleiding en bevoegdhede vereis.
• Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Deeglike kliniese kennis.
• Bevoegdheid en vaardighede in algemene kliniese domeine.
• Die vermoë om onafhanklik en onder druk te werk en buite normale werksure en met 'n diverse span te werk.
• Goeie kommunikasie, leierskap, interpersoonlike vaardighede en om betrokke te raak wanneer nodig.
• Kennis van huidige gesondheidsbeleid, -wetgewing, -programme en -prioriteite binne die domein.
• Vermoë om junior personeel binne die departement te onderrig en te lei.
• Gedragskenmerke: Stresverdraagsaamheid, om binne 'n span te werk, selfvertroue en die vermoë om goeie verhoudings te bou en te handhaaf.

Pligte

• Oultoes hou oor die bestuur van en die bestuur van Anesthesiology en die koördineer van dienste.
• Om pligte en funksies met bekwaamheid uit te voer, om die doelwitte en oogmerke van die instelling te ondersteun wat in ooreenstemming is met standaarde van pasiëntsorg.
• Verantwoordelikheid aanvaar vir die bestuur van pasiënte wat in 'n vlak 2/3 dienspakket-fasiliteit opgeneem is.
• Bystand verleen by die voorbereiding en implementering van riglyne en protokolle.
• Deelneem aan akademiese en opleidingsprogramme.
• Bystand verleen met kliniese oudits en aktief deelneem aan deurlopende professionele ontwikkeling.
• Ondersteuning bied aan hospitaalbestuur tot 'n doeltreffende standaard van pasiëntsorg en gehandhaafde dienste.
• Voldoen aan die prestasiebestuur- en -ontwikkelingstelsel (die voer van kwartaallikse hersienings en finale assessering).
