Batebeheerklerk benodig by die Hooggeregshof in Cape Town om die bate-register te onderhou, bates toe te ken en fisiese verifikasies uit te voer.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak vier (4) soos deur SAQA erken, hê.
- Geen ervaring word vereis nie. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Kennis en vaardighede: Kennis van die Public Service Finance Management Act (PFMA), PPPFA, BBB_EE Act en Treasury Regulations, diepgaande kennis van finansiële stelsels, bv. LOGIS.
- Bedrewe in beplanning, organisasie, interpersoonlike verhoudings, kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondeling) en rekenaarvaardigheid.
- Sowel as die volgende eienskappe: vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en sperdatums te haal, vermoë om onder druk te werk, in 'n span te werk en bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer vereis.

Lewer doeltreffende en effektiewe ondersteuning aan die hof, fasiliteer die instandhouding van 'n volledige, betroubare en akkurate bate-register vir die Departement se eie bates, ken bates toe volgens aankoopversoeke, voer fisiese verifikasie van bates uit in ooreenstemming met batebestuursbeleid en prosedures om die bestaan van bates sowel as die volledigheid van die bate-register te verseker, identifiseer en rapporteer gesteelde of verlore bates en onbruikbare, oortollige, beskadigde, onderpresterende en verouderde bates, monitor die gehuurde bates-register en vervallende kontrakte.

The Organisation will give preference to candidates in line with the Employment Equity goals. Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). The course is available at the NSG under the name Certificate for entry into the SMS and the full details can be sourced by the following link: https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/. Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant. The application must indicate the correct job title, the office where the position is advertised and the reference number as stated in the advert. Failure by the applicant to complete, sign and initial the application form will lead to disqualification of the application during the selection process. Applications on the old Z83 will unfortunately not be considered. Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation considered. Suitable candidates will be subjected to a personnel suitability check (criminal record, financial checks, qualification verification, citizenship checks, social media, reference checks and employment verification).
