Kliniese Programkoördineerder vir opleiding by Uthukela Distrikkantoor, vereis 'n verpleegkundediploma, SANC-registrasie en sewe jaar se ervaring.

Vereistes

  • Graad 12/ Matrik-sertifikaat. 'n Toepaslike B-graad / Nasionale Diploma of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie in Verpleegkunde, PLUS.
  • Minimum van 7 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare verpleegkunde-ervaring na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
  • Registrasie as 'n Vroedvrou /Accoucheur by SANC.
  • Rekenaarsertifikaat- Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) en 'n nagraadse kwalifikasie in Verpleegkunde-onderrig sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
  • Huidige registrasie by SANC.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie – Kode 8 of hoër.
  • Slegs gekorte lys kandidate sal vereis word om bewys van ervaring/ dienssertifikaat deur HR-departement onderskryf voor te lê.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Sterk interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede. Verslagskrywing.
  • Kennis van Distrikgesondheidstelsels.
  • Kennis van toepaslike regulasies en beleide. 'n Begrip van uitdagings wat die Publieke Gesondheidssektor in die gesig staar.
  • Vermoë om doelwitte te vertaal en te transformeer in 'n praktiese plan.
  • Leierskap, organisatoriese, besluitneming- en probleemoplossingsvermoëns binne die DHS-raamwerk.

  • Verseker belyning van alle opleidingsplanne met die Nasionale Ontwikkelingsplan.
  • Koördineer samestelling van die distrikopleidingsplan.
  • Prioritiseer opleiding vir prioriteitsprogramme.
  • Werk nou saam met ander programbestuurders om opleidings te koördineer.
  • Koördineer, fasiliteer en woon opleiding by.
  • Monitor die opleidingsgesondheidsbegroting en verseer tydige verkryging van alle benodigde hulpbronne.

  • Verseker dat alle gefinansierde RTC-opleiding uitgevoer word en dat bywoners bydrae tot die verbetering van gesondheidsuitkomste.

  • Monitor dat alle fasiliteite behoorlik gedek word ten opsigte van opleiding vir omvattende en gehalte-dienslewering.

  • Ontwikkel 'n opleidingsplan wat alle fasiliteite oor die distrik teiken om dekking van opleidingsitems te verbeter.

  • Ontwikkel opvangsplanne vir alle fasiliteite wat nie gedek is nie.
  • Neem deel aan gehalteverbeteringsprogramme en kliniese oudits.
  • Voer fasiliteitsondersteuningsbesoeke uit met toepaslike instrumente vir toepaslike programme.
  • Fasiliteer ondertekening van mentorskapsreeksooreenkomste vir prioriteitsopleiding en die koppeling van opleidingsbywoners aan mentors.
  • Voer mentorskap uit na alle prioriteitsopleidings.
  • Woon prestasie-evalueringsvergaderings stilweg by.
  • Stel saam en bestuur data van gesondheidsorg-opleidingsverskaffers, wat kan help om die gesondheidsorg-opleidingsfunksie uit te brei, insluitend na-opleiding gehalte-assesserings.
  • Fasiliteer die samestelling van gestandaardiseerde bywoningsregisters in alle opleidings.
  • Koördineer verslagdoening van alle opleidings aan RTC en HRD deur gestandaardiseerde voltooide bywoningsregisters te stuur.
  • Koördineer die distrikdatabasis vir alle opleidings wat uitgevoer en bygewoon is.
  • Deel bywoningsregisters met toepaslike programbestuurders en Sub-Distrik na elke opleiding.

Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department.
