Voorsieningskettingklerk benodig by die Department of Water and Sanitation in Pretoria om bateregisters te bestuur, fisiese verifikasies uit te voer, en barkodering van bates te hanteer.

Vereistes

• A Senior/Grade 12 certificate.
• National Diploma (NQF 6), in Accounting/ Financial Management/ Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management will serve as an added advantage.
• Current Enrolment in Internship in Finance/Supply Chain Management will serve as an added advantage.
• Special requirements (Skills needed) Knowledge of the PFMA, Asset Management Framework and Treasury Regulations.
• Vaardigheid in Microsoft, Office-pakket, Excel.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede beide (mondeling en skriftelik).
• Koördinasie-, beplannings- en organisatoriese vaardighede.
• Buigsaamheid, spanwerk en interpersoonlike verhoudingsvaardighede, probleemoplossing en handhawing van dissipline.

Pligte

• Voer kwartaallikse batetelling uit.
• Voer halfjaarlikse fisiese verifikasie van roerende bates uit.
• Verseker dat alle bewegings van bates opgedateer word.
• Verseker dat die Bate Register gereeld opgedateer word.
• Dateer voorraadlyste op.
• Ontvangs van nuwe bates en barkodering.
• Opdatering van ge huurde bates register.
• Bystand met beskikking en verliese van bates.
• Bereidwilligheid om saam met ander as 'n span saam te werk en goeie kommunikasievaardighede.
• Voer ander aktiwiteite soos benodig uit om die doelwitte van Department of Water and Sanitation te bereik.

A pre-entry certificate obtained from the National School of government is required prior to the appointment. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Candidates will be required to complete a financial disclosure form and undergo security clearance. Foreigners or dual citizenship holders must provide a police clearance certificate from country of origin (only when shortlisted). The Department of Water Sanitation is an equal opportunity employer.
