Vereistes

  • A Graad 12 tesame met 'n minimum Nasionale Diploma (ekwivalent aan NQF Level 6) of Bachelor's Degree (ekwivalent aan NQF Level 7) in Interne Oudit/ Rekenkunde. 'n Minimum van 2 jaar se ervaring in 'n Interne Oudit-omgewing, waarvan 'n deel van die ervaring in die prestasie-oudit en prestasie-inligtingveld moet wees.
  • Ervaring in prestasie-oudit en prestasie-inligtingouditprosesse en prosedures word vereis.
  • Deeglike kennis van prestasie-oudit en prestasie-inligtingouditprosesse, prosedures en metodologie word vereis.

Pligte

  • Ouditbeplanning: Verskaf insette tot die ontwikkeling van prestasie-ouditkennisgewingsbriewe.
  • Voer voorlopige opnames uit oor beplande prestasie-oudit en oudit van prestasie-inligting-opdragte.
  • Versamel agtergrondinligting oor geïdentifiseerde prestasie-oudit en oudit van prestasie-inligting.
  • Inisieer onderhoudsessies ter voorbereiding van prestasie-oudit en oudit van prestasie-inligting-opdragte en ontleed verspreide inligting.
  • Identifiseer simptome en help met die ontwikkeling van ouditdoelwitte en kriteria vir die opdrag.
  • Oudituitvoering: Help met die ontwikkeling van 'n ouditprogram vir implementering.
  • Toets prosedures volgens die voorgeskrewe prestasie-oudit en oudit van prestasie-inligtingprogram.
  • Bepaal oorsake om bestuursmaatreëls wat ontbreek of onvoldoende is, aan te spreek.
  • Voltooi werksvelle en trek gevolgtrekkings uit toetsresultate.
  • Ouditrapportering: Opstel van informele ouditnavrae volgens die voorgeskrewe prestasie-ouditmetodologie.
  • Bevestig die bevindings en die impak van risikoklasserings van prestasie-oudit en oudit van prestasie-inligtingbevindings met kliënte en opstel aanbevelings oor oorsake.
  • Help met die samestelling van konsepouditverslag.
  • Opvolg van oudit van Prestasie-ouditte.
  • Opvolg van vorige prestasie-ouditbevindings.
  • Voer prestasie-oudittoetse en waarnemings uit.
  • Evalueer en vang aksieplanne wat deur bestuur ingestel is om geïdentifiseerde onvoldoende bestuursmaatreëls reg te stel, vas.
  • Help met die voltooiing van die bevindingsregister wat aan die Ouditkomitee gerapporteer moet word.
