Professionele Verpleegkundige Graad 1 benodig in Nkomazi Sub-distrik om malariatoetsing, -behandeling, -diagnose en pasiëntopvolgingsaktiwiteite te bestuur.

Vereistes

  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus 'n basiese kwalifikasie wat deur die SANC geakkrediteer is in terme van Regeringskennisgewing (d.w.s.
  • Diploma/ Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde) of 'n ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat (2026).
  • Graad 1: 'n Minimum van 0-10 jaar se toepaslike / erkende ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
  • Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer en werk te prioritiseer.
  • Leierskap en goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, probleemoplossing en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
  • Kennis van Openbare Diensbeleid, Wette en regulasies.
  • Kennis van SANC-reëls en regulasies.
  • Kennis van die Distriksgesondheidsorgstelsel en verwysingsroetes.
  • Goede kommunikasie.
  • Leierskap, interpersoonlike en besluitnemings- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
  • Kennis van Gedragskode, Arbeidsverhoudinge, Konflikbestuur en onderhandelingsvaardighede.
  • Vermoë om goed binne 'n span te funksioneer.
  • Vaardighede in organisering, beplanning en toesig.
  • Kennis van Batho Pele-beginsels en die handves vir pasiënteregte.
  • Kennis van Arbeidsverhoudinge en die hantering van griewe en dissiplinêre prosedures.
  • Duidelike begrip van malariabestuur.
  • Begrip van kliniese behandelingsriglyne en protokolle.
  • Goeie kennis van Malaria-elimineringsstrategieë.
  • Geldige code 10 (C1) bestuurderslisensie (Las asseblief 'n afskrif aan).
  • Ervaring in malariabeheer sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.

Pligte

  • Beplan en bestuur ter plaatse malariatoetsing en -behandelingaktiwiteite.
  • Voer kliniese assessering van tekens en simptome van Malaria uit.
  • Sift en diagnoseer.
  • Kennisgewing van alle positiewe gevalle.
  • Administrasie van ACT aan positiewe kliënte.
  • Voer opvolgbesoeke uit om pasiënte te behandel.
  • Bestuur en monitor Menslike Hulpbronne-aktiwiteite binne die malariasector.
  • Voer Gesondheidsopvoeding en -opleiding uit binne die sector se lokaliteite en fasiliteite.
  • Beoefen kliniese verpleegkunde in ooreenstemming met die omvang van praktyk en verpleegstandaarde.
  • Bevorder gehalte van verpleegsorg soos bepaal deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaarde.
  • Werk as deel van die malaria multidissiplinêre span om goeie malariabestuur te verseker.
  • Toon bekommernis vir pasiënte, bevorder en beyder behoorlike behandeling en sorg insluitend bewustheid en bereidwilligheid om aan pasiëntbehoeftes, vereistes en verwagtings te voldoen (Batho Pele).
  • Monitor en bestuur malariadata binne omvang van pligte.
  • Help met datakwaliteitskontroles.
