Oorsig

Professionele verpleegkundige met vroedvroukundige kwalifikasie benodig by Ndindiri Clinic in Mpumalanga om kliniese verpleegsorg te verskaf in ooreenstemming met professionele standaarde en omvang van praktyk.

Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12-kwalifikasie of gelykwaardig plus Basiskwalifikasie geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Staatskennisgewing R425 (d.w.s.
• Diploma / Graad in Algemene Verpleging) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat (2026).
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer en werk te prioritiseer.
• Leierskap en goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, probleemoplossing en besluitnemingsvaardighede.

Pligte

• Voer 'n kliniese verpleegpraktyk uit in ooreenstemming met die omvang van praktyk en verpleegstandaarde soos bepaal deur die gesondheidsfasiliteit.
• Bevorder gehalte van verpleegsorg soos gerig deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaarde.
• Neem deel aan die implementering van die Nasionale Kernstandaarde en Ideal Hospital Realization Framework.
• Toon doeltreffende kommunikasie met pasiënte, toesighouers en ander klinici, insluitend verslagskrywing waar vereis.
• Werk as deel van die multidissiplinêre span om gehalteverpleegsorg te verseker.
• Werk doeltreffend, saamwerkend en vriendelik met persone van uiteenlopende intellektuele, kulturele, rasse- of godsdienstige verskille.
• In staat om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg te verseker.
• Toon besorgdheid vir pasiënte, bevorder en beywer behoorlike behandeling en sorg, insluitend bewustheid en bereidwilligheid om op pasiënte se behoeftes, vereistes en verwagtinge te reageer (Batho-Pele).
• Bestee effektief die hulpbronne wat aan u eenheid toegewys is.
