Professional Nurse Grade 1 benodig by Witbank Hospital om gespesialiseerde kindergesondheidsorg-verpleegdienste binne die Mpumalanga Department of Health te verskaf.

Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12-kwalifikasie of gelykwaardig plus basiese kwalifikasie geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Goewermentskennisgewing R425 (d.i.
• Diploma / Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Vrougesondheid (2026) toelaat, 'n na-basiese verpleegkwalifikasie, met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar, geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Goewermentskennisgewing R212 in die spesialiteitsrigting Kritiese Sorgverpleegkunde.
• Minimum van vier (4) jaar gepaste/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer en werk te prioritiseer.
• Leierskap en goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, probleemoplossing en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
• Goeie toesighoudende en onderrigvaardighede.

Pligte

• Verskaffing van optimale, holistiese gespesialiseerde verpleegsorg binne vasgestelde standaarde en 'n professionele/regsraamwerk.
• Verskaf omvattende gesondheidsorgdienste in die Kindersorg-eenheid.
• Verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende bestuur van hulpbronne.
• Verskaf gehalte pasiëntsorg en volg norme en standaarde.
• Neem deel aan gehalteverbeteringsprogramme.
• Onderskep en implementeer pasiëntsorgstandaarde.
• Implementeer en beoefen verpleeggesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die statutêre wette wat die verpleegberoep, arbeid en gesondheidsorg regeer.
• Bou konstruktiewe werksverhoudings met verpleegkundiges en ander belanghebbendes.
• Verseker nakoming van Infeksievoorkoming en -beheer-beleide.
• Verseker dat toerusting te alle tye funksioneel en gereed is.
• Vermoë om te prioriteer en aktiwiteite van pasiëntbestuur volgens protokolle te koördineer.
• In staat om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg te verseker.
• Neem deel aan personeelsontwikkeling en prestasiebestuur.
• Rapporteer pasiëntveiligheidsvoorvalle, uitdagings en tekortkominge binne die eenheid.
• Werk effektief, samewerkend en vriendelik saam met mense van uiteenlopende intellektuele, kulturele, rasse- of godsdienstige verskille.
• Verseker nakoming van Batho - Pele-beginsels en die Handves vir Pasienteregte.
