Professionele Verpleegkundige Graad 1-pos by Witbank Hospital wat op Operasiesaal-sorg fokus, wat SANC-registrasie en 'n na-basiese verpleegkwalifikasie vereis.

Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12-kwalifikasie of gelykwaardig plus Basiese kwalifikasie geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Goewermentskennisgewing R425 (d.w.s.
• Diploma / Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Vroedvrouskunde (2026) moontlik maak, 'n na-basiese verpleegkwalifikasie, met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar, geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Goewermentskennisgewing R212 spesialiteit in Operasiesaal-verpleegkunde.
• Minimum van vier (4) jaar gepaste / herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer en werk te prioritiseer.
• Leierskap en goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, probleemoplossing en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
• Goeie toesighoudende en onderrigvaardighede.

Pligte

• Verskaffing van optimale, holistiese gespesialiseerde verpleegsorg volgens vasgestelde standaarde en binne 'n professionele/wettige raamwerk.
• Verskaf omvattende gesondheidsorgdienste in die Operasiesaal-eenheid.
• Verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende bestuur van hulpbronne.
• Verskaf gehalte-pasiëntesorg en volg norms en standaarde.
• Neem deel aan gehalteverbeteringsprogramme.
• Hou toesig oor en implementeer pasiëntesorgstandaarde.
• Implementeer en beoefen verpleeggesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die statutêre wette wat die verpleegberoep, arbeid en gesondheidsorg regeer.
• Implementeer konstruktiewe werksverhoudings met verpleegkundiges en ander belanghebbendes.
• Verseker nakoming van Infeksievoorkoming en -beheerbeleide.
• Verseker dat toerusting altyd funksioneel en gereed is.
• In staat om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg te verseker.
• Neem deel aan personeelsonwikkeling en prestasiebestuur.
• Rapporteer pasiëntveiligheidsvoorvalle, uitdagings en tekortkominge binne die eenheid.
• Werk effektief, saamwerkend en vriendelik met mense van uiteenlopende intellektuele, kulturele, rasse- of godsdienstige verskille.
• Verseker nakoming van Batho Pele-beginsels en die Handves vir Pasienteregte.
