Mediese Beampte Graad 1 gesoek vir Daggakraal CHC in Mpumalanga om pasiënte te bestuur en kliniese sorg in 'n vlak 2/3-fasiliteit te lewer.

Vereistes

• MBChB-graad (kwalifikasie) wat registrasie by die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Practitioner toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Practitioner (2026) (Independent Practice).
• NB: Die aangestelde Mediese Beampte moet in staat wees om skofte te werk. 'n Geldige werkpermit sal van nie-Suid-Afrikaners vereis word.
• Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Kennis van huidige Gesondheids- en Openbare Diensregulasies en -beleide.
• Vaardighede ten opsigte van konsultasies, anamnese, ondersoek, kliniese assessering en kliniese bestuur.
• Graad 1: Geen ervaring vereis na registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Practitioner (Independent Practice) nie.
• Minimum van 1-jarige relevante ervaring na registrasie by 'n erkende Foreign Health Professions en / of die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Practitioner (Independent Practice) vir buiteland gekwalifiseerde werknemers.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Deeglike kliniese kennis, bevoegdheid en vaardighede in algemene kliniese domeine.
• Die vermoë om onder toesig as 'n doeltreffende spanlid te werk.
• Goeie kommunikasie-, leierskaps-, interpersoonlike en toesigvaardighede.
• Vermoë om pasiënte onafhanklik, ywerig, verantwoordelik te bestuur en wanneer nodig te raadpleeg.
• Kennis van huidige gesondheidsbeleid, wetgewing, programme en prioriteite binne die domein.
• Vermoë om junior personeel binne die departement te onderrig en te begelei.
• Gedragskenmerke: Stresverdraagsaamheid, om binne 'n span te werk, selfvertroue en die vermoë om goeie verhoudings te bou en te handhaaf.

Pligte

• Om pligte en funksies met bekwaamheid uit te voer om die doelstellings en oogmerke van die Instelling te ondersteun wat ooreenstem met standaarde van pasiëntesorg.
• Neem verantwoordelikheid vir die bestuur van pasiënte wat in 'n vlak 2/3-pakket van diensfasiliteit opgeneem is.
• Bystand verleen by die voorbereiding en implementering van riglyne en protokolle.
• Neem deel aan akademiese en opleidingsprogramme.
• Bystand verleen met kliniese oudits en aktief deelneem aan deurlopende professionele ontwikkeling.
• Ondersteuning bied aan hospitaalbestuur sodat 'n doeltreffende standaard van pasiëntesorg en -dienste gehandhaaf word.
