Vereistes
- An appropriate Advanced Diploma/Degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Management, Mathematics, Qualitative Management, Energy Studies and Datametrics at NQF Level 7 recognised by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA), plus 3 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of: Energy industry, Data management, Project Management principles.
- Understanding data sourcing and collection technique (e.g. various sampling techniques that may be used to conduct different types of surveys), Data Quality Framework, Data and statistical analysis.
- Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills, Project Management and negotiation skills, Computer, Time Management and Statistical analysis skills.
- Thinking Demands: Rigorous non-corruption thinking, Analytical mindset and up to date with global issues regarding energy.
Pligte
- Collect all data and information required for planning and reporting from various data providers.
- Ensure proper storage, management and retrieval of data.
- Quality assurance and control of data.
- Compile monthly questionnaires/reports.
- Compile energy commodity flows for coal, electricity, petroleum products and natural gas.
- Provide managerial activities.
