Bestuur vraag- en verkrygingsprosesse, insluitend die bekomming van kwotasies, verskafferakkreditering en nakoming binne die Department of Agriculture in Pretoria.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n Nasionale Diploma in Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management / Public Administration (Management) / Logistics / Business Management (Administration) hê.

Pligte
- Administreer departementele versoeke: Bekom kwotasies.
- Stel vergelykende skedule op.
- Kontroleer nakoming.
- Implementeer en handhaaf doeltreffende stelsels en prosedures vir verskaffers se registrasie en akkreditering: Lei en help met die registrasie en akkreditering van verskaffers se databasis by National Treasury.
- Administreer begroting en administratiewe take vir die bodkomitee-afdeling: Bekom voorstelle van verskaffers.
- Bestuur die uitnodiging van kwotasies vanuit die databasis en werk die databasis vir verskaffers by.
- Opstel en verpak die voorlegging aan die Bid Committee vir voorstelle.
- Berei vergelykende skedule voor volgens die preferential procurement policy.
- Framework Act en regulasies.
- Handhaaf 'n doeltreffende stelsel vir die verkryging van goedere en dienste: Stel verslae op.
- Bestuur die sigblad van die versoek: Stel 'n sigblad op.
- Werk die sigblad by en versprei dit aan kliënte.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All shortlisted candidates, including SMS shall undertake two pre- entry assessments. One must be a practical exercise, and the other must be an Integrity (Ethical Conduct) Assessment. Selection panels shall score both technical exercises as an additional criterion in the interview process. NB: Please note that false or fraudulent qualifications submitted by applicants will be reported to the South African Police Services (SAPS), and a criminal case shall be opened.
