- Bied bystand by die monitering van vordering teenoor strategiese en jaarlikse prestasieplanne van besigheidseenhede en prestasie-assesseringsaksieplanne.
- Beleidsontwikkeling, Navorsing en Vergelyking: Verkry insette by die ontwikkeling en implementering van beste-praktyk beplannings-, moniterings- en rapporteringstelsels en -meganismes.
- Verkry insette by die ontwikkeling, implementering en hersiening van 'n bestuursraamwerk vir gehalteversekering, toesig en prestasiestandaarde.
- Bied bystand by die monitering van die implementering van prestasieriglyne en -raamwerke en stel belanghebbendes dienooreenkomstig in kennis.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All qualifications, criminal and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on all short-listed candidates and, where applicable, additional checks will be conducted in line with the new DPSA Directive effective 01 April 2024.
