'n Registrale Klerk word benodig by die Arbeids Hof in Cape Town om hoflêers te bestuur, pleitstukke te ontvang en navrae van die publiek en regspraktisyns by tewoon.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak four (4) soos deur SAQA erken besit.
- Geen ervaring word vereis.
- Ervaring in algemene Regsadministrasie en/of 'n minimum van een (1) jaar se Administrasie-ervaring in 'n Regsomgewing, LLB-graad / B com Law/BA Law/ Paralegal en/of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie en 'n bestuurslisensie sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
- Alle gekorte lysde kandidate sal 'n voor-toetreed praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die asseseringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en algemene vereistes te bepaal.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Kennis van Openbare Dienste-wetgewing, Voorskripte en Regulasies.
- Bedrewe in navorsing, kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), aanbieding, notulerings en verslagdoening, probleemoplossing en besluitneming en tydbestuur, goeie verslagdoening, beplanning en organisering, kreatiewe en analitiese denke en rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Office).
Pligte
- Skenk aandag aan navrae van die publiek en Regspraktisyn vir die ophaling van lêers, ontvang pleitstukke/ kennissgewings van Regspraktisyn/ Bode vir invulling en stempeling met datumstempel, skenk aandag aan invulling van pleitstukke in die ooreenstemmende Hofslêer, skenk aandag aan uittrek van versoekte lêers en wegpak van Hofslêers daagliks.
- Verseker dat alle versoeke vir heruitreiking van Hofbevele bygewoon word.
- Hof aanlyn-verwante pligte.
- Bystand verleen aan navrae van die publiek en regspraktisyn en help die Registrateurs met die opspoor van vermiste lêers.

The Organisation will give preference to candidates in line with the Employment Equity goals. Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). The course is available at the NSG under the name Certificate for entry into the SMS and the full details can be sourced by the following link: https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/. Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant. The application must indicate the correct job title, the office where the position is advertised and the reference number as stated in the advert. Failure by the applicant to complete, sign and initial the application form will lead to disqualification of the application during the selection process. Applications on the old Z83 will unfortunately not be considered. Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation considered. Suitable candidates will be subjected to a personnel suitability check (criminal record, financial checks, qualification verification, citizenship checks, social media, reference checks and employment verification).
