Senior Projekbeampte wat restitusievorderinge ondersoek en bekragtig, bewyse bymekaarmaak, verslae opstel en skikking onderhandel vir die Department of Land Reform and Rural Development in East London.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Baccalaureusgraad / Nasionale Diploma in Landbou / Ontwikkelingstudies / Sosiale Wetenskappe / Regte (NQF Vlak 6) of 'n verwante gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.

- Ondersoek en bekragtig restitusievorderinge.
- Versamel mondelinge en dokumentêre bewyse.
- Stel navorsingsverslag op en publiceer die vordering in die Staatskoerant.
- Verifieer die begunstigdes van ingediente vorderinge.
- Stel stamboom op en versamel ondersteunende dokumente.
- Stel verifikasi verslae op.
- Onderhandel die skikking van vorderinge.
- Voer opsies van die eisers uit.
- Voer resolusie van die vorderinge uit.
- Berei termyne van verwysing vir waardasie en Office of the Valuer-General (OVG) aanbevelings voor.
- Stel sigblad vir waardasies op.
- Voer aktenavorsing vir eiendomme uit.
- Fasiliteer die finalisering van ingediente vorderinge.
- Stel aanbiedinge uit OVG aanbevelings op.
- Stel Artikel 42D oor goedgekeurde aanbiedinge op.
- Skakel met belanghebbendes en bestuur grondaansprake-navrae.
- Reageer op alle navrae (Ministeriële, Hoofdirekteur, Direkteur-Generaal, Hoofgrondaansprake-kommissaris, Premier).
- Reageer op Presidentiële.

Shortlisted applicants for the advertised vacancies will undergo two pre-entry assessments: a practical assessment and an integrity assessment, both of which form part of the selection criteria after the interview. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
