Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12 plus geregistreer as Post- Basic Pharmacist Assistant by South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) (2026).
• Geldige werkpermit sal van nie-Suid-Afrikaners vereis word.
• Vaardighede ten opsigte van konsultasies.
• Kennis van huidige gesondheids- en openbare dienswetgewing, regulasies en beleid.
• Goeie kommunikasie, probleemoplossing en konflikbestuurvaardighede.
• Professionaliteit, akkuraatheid, buigsaamheid, onafhanklikheid en etiese gedrag.

Pligte

• Verseker behoorlike ontvangs, registrasie en berging van alle medisyne en verbruiksgoedere volgens standaard werksprosedures wat in die area van werksaamhede hanteer word.
• Verseker verantwoordelikheid en aanspreeklikheid vir veilige pasiëntmedikasiegebruik.
• Samestelling en voorbereiding van enige medisyne soos gedelegeer.
• Bevorder korrekte evaluering van voorskrifte en wettige verwerking van medisynevoorskrifte, voorraadopname en verspreiding van voorraad aan die kliënt.
• Bevordering van Openbare Gesondheid.
• Verseker akkurate registrasie van statistieke en administratiewe vereistes soos deur beleid vereis.
