Vereistes

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus Basiskwalifikasie geakkrediteer met die South African Nursing Council (SANC) (d.w.s.
• Diploma / Degree in General Nursing) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie met die SANC as Professional Nurse (2026) toelaat.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer en werk te prioritiseer.
• Leierskap en goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, probleemoplossing en besluitnemingsvaardighede.

Pligte

• Voer 'n kliniese verpleegpraktyk uit ooreenkomstig die omvang van praktyk en verpleegstandaarde soos bepaal deur die gesondheidsfasiliteit.
• Bevorder gehalte van verpleegsorg soos gerig deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaarde.
• Neem deel aan die implementering van die Nasionale Kerntandarde en Ideal Hospital Realisation Framework.
• Toon doeltreffende kommunikasie met pasiënte, toesighouers en ander klinici, insluitend verslagskrywing wanneer vereis.
• Werk as deel van die multidissiplinêre span om gehalte-verpleegsorg te verseker.
• Werk doeltreffend, saamwerkend en vriendelik met persone van uiteenlopende intellektuele, kulturele, rasse- of godsdiensverskille.
• In staat om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg te verseker.
• Toon besorgdheid vir pasiënte, bevordering en voorstanding van behoorlike behandeling en sorg, insluitend bewustheid en bereidwilligheid om op pasiënte se behoeftes, vereistes en verwagtinge te reageer (Batho-Pele).
• Bestuur doeltreffend die hulpbronne wat aan u eenheid toegewys is.
