Mediese Beampte Vlak 1 gesoek vir Barberton Hospitaal in Mpumalanga, wat 'n MBChB-graad en HPCSA-registrasie vereis om pasiëntsorg oor skofte te bestuur.

Vereistes

• MBChB-graad (kwalifikasie) wat registrasie met die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Praktisyn toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie met die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Praktisyn (2026) (Onafhanklike Praktyk).
• NB: Die aangestelde Mediese Beampte moet in staat wees om skofte te werk. 'n Geldige werkpermit sal van nie-Suid-Afrikaners vereis word.
• Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Kennis van huidige Gesondheids- en Openbare Diensregulasies en beleide.
• Vaardighede ten opsigte van konsultasies, anamnese, ondersoek, kliniese assessering en kliniese bestuur.
• Vlak 1: Geen ervaring vereis na registrasie met die HPCSA as Mediese Praktisyn (Onafhanklike Praktyk).
• Minimum van 1 jaar se relevante ervaring na registrasie met 'n erkende Buitelandse Gesondheidsberoepe en / of die HPCSA as 'n Mediese Praktisyn (Onafhanklike Praktyk) vir buitelands gekwalifiseerde werknemers.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Deeglike kennis van mediese etiek.
• Multidissiplinêre bestuur en spanwerk en ervaring in die onderskeie mediese dissipline.
• Deeglike kliniese kennis, bevoegdheid en vaardighede in algemene kliniese domeine.
• Die vermoë om onder toesig as 'n doeltreffende spanlid te werk.
• Goeie kommunikasie-, leierskaps-, interpersoonlike en toesighoudende vaardighede.
• Vermoë om pasiënte onafhanklik, ywerig en verantwoordelik te bestuur en in te skakel wanneer nodig.
• Kennis van huidige gesondheidsbeleide, -wetgewing, -programme en -prioriteite binne die domein.
• Vermoë om junior personeel binne die departement te onderrig en te begelei.
• Gedragskenmerke: Stresverdraagsaamheid, om binne 'n span te werk, selfvertroue en die vermoë om goeie verhoudings te bou en te handhaaf.

Pligte

• Om pligte en funksies met vaardigheid uit te voer, om die doelwitte en oogmerke van die Instelling te ondersteun wat in ooreenstemming is met standaarde van pasiëntsorg.
• Verantwoordelikheid aanvaar vir die bestuur van pasiënte wat in 'n vlak 2/3 dienspakketfasiliteit opgeneem is.
• Bystand verleen met die voorbereiding en implementering van riglyne en protokolle.
• Deelneem aan akademiese en opleidingsprogramme.
• Bystand verleen met kliniese oudits en aktief deelneem aan deurlopende professionele ontwikkeling.
• Ondersteuning aan hospitaalbestuur bied om te verseker dat 'n doeltreffende standaard van pasiëntsorg en -dienste gehandhaaf word.
