Vereistes

• An toepaslike 3-jarige Nasionale Diploma/B-Degree (ekwivalent of hoër kwalifikasie); 'n Minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring in sagteware-ontwikkeling en ontleding.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis van die volgende: Inligtingtegnologie-stelsels;
• Tegniese standaarde/prosedures;. Bestuursfunksies;
• Behoeftes en prioriteite van belanghebbendes;. Diensvlak-ooreenkomste;
• Nasionale en interne IT-beleide en tendense;
• Finansiële bestuur;. Projekbestuur.
• Vaardighede benodig: Beplanning en organisering;
• Volle spektrum van ontwikkeling;
• Kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondelings);
• Goeie besluitneming.

Pligte

• Beplan, organiseer en beheer aktiwiteite van personeel wat verantwoordelik is vir die ontwikkeling van programtoepassings en die ontleding van stelsels;
• Verseker bevoegdheid van ondergeskiktes deur opleiding;
• Stelselsontleding: Ontwikkel funksionele en tegniese spesifikasies om aan die besigheidsbehoeftes van die kliënt te voldoen;
• Sagteware-ontwikkeling: Bou en implementeer toepassingsprogramme;
• Kwaliteitsbeheer: Verseker dat tegniese en funksionele standaarde nagekom word;
• Berei stelseldokumentasie voor, insluitend opleidingshandleidings;
• Skakeling met kliënte.
