Oorsig

Staatrekenmeester in Bestuursrekeningkunde vir die Western Cape Department of Infrastructure, verantwoordelik vir begrotingsbeplanning, finansiële beheer en nakoming.

Vereistes

• 'n Geskikte 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma/B-Degree (ekwivalent of hoër kwalifikasie) in Rekeningkunde, Finansiële Bestuur, of 'n verwante veld; 'n Minimum van 3 jaar relevante ervaring in bestuursrekeningkunde, begroting, of 'n finansiële projekbestuursomgewing.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis van die volgende: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) en Tesourieregulasies;
• Bestuursrekeningkundige beginsels (begroting, monitering en verslagdoening);
• Regering finansiële stelsels (bv.
• BAS, LOGIS, SCOA);
• Toepaslike wetgewende, regulasie- en bestuursraamwerke;
• Finansiële ontleding, databestuur en verslagdoeningsmetodes.
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Finansiële ontleding en verslagdoening;
• Begroting en vooruitskattings;
• Rekenaargeletterdheid (intermediêre of gevorderde MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook);
• Syferkundigheid en analitiese denke;
• Beplanning en organiserings;
• Kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondeling);
• Probleemoplossing en besluitneming;
• Databestuur en rekonsiliasie;
• Verslagskrywing en aanbieding;. Belanghebbende-betrokkenheid;
• Vermoë om onder druk te werk en sperdatums te haal;
• Aandag aan besonderhede en akkuraatheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf begrotingsbeplanning en -voorbereiding;
• Verskaf begrotingsondersteuning en finansiële beheer;
• Bereken die Aanpassingsberaming en Hoofbegrotingsontwikkeling;
• Handhaaf finansiële bestuur, nakoming en belanghebbende-ondersteuning.
