Personeelsverpleegkundige posisies by Groote Schuur Hospitaal in Observatory, wat SANC-registrasie as 'n Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundige vereis, met salarisse wat wissel van Vlak 1 tot Vlak 3.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie met die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie met 'n professionele raad: Registrasie met die SANC as Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen.
• Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie met die SANC as 'n Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundige.
• Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie met die SANC as 'n Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundige.
• Inheemse vereiste van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om skofte en buite-ure te werk insluitend naweke, openbare vakansiedae en nagdiens.
• Bereidwilligheid om na ander departemente te roteer.
• Vermoë om pasiënte op te lig en om te draai, vir lang ure te staan en swaar toerusting op te lig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Kennis van Verpleegpraktyke.
• Kennis van Infeksievoorkomingbeheer, beheermaatreëls en praktyke.
• Vermoë om basiese kliniese tekens en simptome te interpreteer.
• Basiese rekenaargeletterdheid.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorg.
• Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
• Effektiewe benutting van fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei, etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. “Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements, may also apply.
