Die Munisipale Infrastruktuurondersteuningsagent soek 'n interne ouditeur om oudite uit te voer, inligting van geouditeerdes te versamel en ouditprogramme by sy Centurion-hoofkantoor te ontwikkel.

Vereistes

• 'n Geskikte 3-jarige Nasionale Diploma of Graad in Interne Ouditering of 'n gelykwaardige relevante kwalifikasie soos erken deur SAQA. 3 jaar toepaslike ervaring in Interne Ouditering.
• Kernbevoegdhede: Dienstelewering en innovasie.
• Probleemoplossing en ontleding.
• Kliëntoriëntasie en kliëntfokus. Kommunikasie. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Tegniese bevoegdhede: Diepgaande kennis en begrip van: Operasionele en prestasie-oudite.
• Risikobestuur en ouditpraktyke.
• Die Openbare Finansiesbestuurwet.
• Ontwikkeling van beleide.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte uitvoer: Bystand verleen met die aanvanklike kommunikasie met die geouditeerde, die versameling van agtergrondinligting van die geouditeerde, die ontwikkeling van stelselbeskrywings, prosesvloei en ouditprogramme.
• Oudite en ondersoeke vir die organisasie uitvoer soos vereis deur die ouditstandaard.
• Ouditbevindings opstel en bespreek met die toesighouer en bestuur.
• Opvolg doen op interne oudite wat vir bestuursaksies aanbeveel is.
• Die werk van interne ouditeurs voldoen aan die gehalteversekeringstandaard wat gestel is vir die Tesourie-regulasies en die PFMA, en die standaard vir die professionele beoefening van interne ouditering asook die etiese kode van die instituut van Interne Ouditeurs.
