Assistenterdirekteur om infrastruktuur bate-assessering te koördineer, bateregisters te ontwikkel en tegniese ondersteuning aan munisipaliteite by MISA-hoofkantoor in Centurion te verskaf.

Vereistes

• 'n Toepaslike 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma of Graad in die Bou-omgewing of equivalente relevante kwalifikasie op NQF 6 soos deur SAQA erken. 3-5 jaar se ervaring waarvan 2 jaar op toesighoudende vlak in die relevante veld moet wees.
• Kernbevoegdhede: Toegepaste strategiese denke.
• Probleemoplossing en besluitneming.
• Beplanning en organisering.
• Interpersoonlike verhoudinge.
• Spanbestuur en projekbestuur.
• Tegniese bevoegdhede: Diep kennis en begrip van: Verslagdoeningsprosesse en stelsels.
• Voorleggings- en skryfvaardighede. Mensebestuur. Diversiteitsbestuur.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte verrig: Koördineer en voer infrastruktuur bate-assessering en ontleding uit.
• Ontwikkel infrastruktuur bateregister.
• Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning aan munisipaliteite in die assessering van infrastruktuur instandhoudingsbegrotings en uitgawes om voorsiening vir instandhoudingsvereistes te bepaal.
• Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning aan munisipaliteite in die ontleding van infrastruktuurplanne en uitgawes teenoor begroting, insluitend infrastruktuur instandhouding.
