Finansieklerk benodig in Pietermaritzburg om fakture te verwerk, finansiële rekeningkundige transaksies uit te voer en salarisadministrasieondersteuning op Vlak 5 te bied.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat.
  • Werksverwante kennis: Basiese kennis van finansiële funksies en gebruike asook die vermoë om data vas te lê, 'n rekenaar te bedien en finansiële statistieke bymekaar te maak.
  • Basiese kennis en insig van die Openbare Diens se finansiële wetgewingsprocedures en Tesourie-regulasies (Public Finance Management Act, Division of Revenue Act, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Financial Manual).
  • Kennis van basiese finansiële bedryfstelsels (PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS, ens).
  • Werksverwante vaardighede: Beplanning en organisasie. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
  • Kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik).
  • Basiese syferkennis.

Pligte

  • Voer finansiële rekeningkundige transaksies uit.
  • Ontvang fakture.
  • Kontroleer fakture vir korrektheid, verifikasie en goedkeuring (interne beheer).
  • Verwerk fakture (bv. betalings vaslê).
  • Lê alle dokumente weg.
  • Invordering van kontant.
  • Voer salarisadministrasieondersteuningsdienste uit.
