Die Department of Education in Limpopo soek huisbeskermtoesighouers om koshuisskoonheid te monitor en leerders by verskeie spesiale skole te ondersteun.

Vereistes

• Grade 10 of gelykwaardig, of Differentiated Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (DCAPS) Grade 5 of Technical Occupational Curriculum (TOC) Level 4 vir persone met intellektuele gestremdhede. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees behalwe vir persone met gestremdhede.

• Vermoë om met leerders te werk.
• Geduld en deernis. Spanwerk.

Pligte

• Monitor die werk van skoonmakers.
• Verseker veiligheid en welsyn van alle leerders in die koshuis.
• Ondersteun en begelei leerders.
• Hou toesig oor die implementering van koshuisreëls.
• Bevorder positiewe gedrag.
• Vergesel leerders vir mediese aandag.
• Skoonmaak van die koshuis.
• Help om leerders elke dag gereed te maak vir skool.
• Help met die bediening van kos in die eetsaal asook die voedering van leerders wat nie self kan eet nie.
• Dien medikasie toe soos voorgeskryf deur 'n mediese praktisyn.
• Help met die bad van jonger leerders of dié wat nie self kan bad nie.
• Help leerders met skoolwerk.
• Help om luiers vir leerders wat dit nie self kan doen nie te verwissel en voer toesighoudende pligte in hierdie verband uit.
• Tree in loco parentis op.
• Wees in staat om skofwerk te doen insluitend dag- en nagshift, naweekshift en openbare vakansiedae.
