Verpleegkundige (Staff Nurse) benodig by Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal om basiese verpleegsorg in die Ortopadiese Eenheid onder toesig te bied.

Vereistes

• Graad 12-sertifikaat. Ingeskreweverpleegkundige-sertifikaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegraad (SANC) 2026 as 'n verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring Vlak 1: Geen.
• Ervaring Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as verpleegkundige.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van Openbare Diensbeleid, Wette, Regulasies, Gedragskode, Arbeidsverhoudingswet, Batho Pele-beginsels en die Handves vir Pasiente se Regte.
• Kennis van SANC-reëls en regulasies.
• Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en prosedures.
• Goeie kommunikasie-, skryf-, fasiliterings- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Vermoë om doeltreffend as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer.
• Basiese begrip van kliniese verpleegsorg binne 'n gespesialiseerde eenheid.

Pligte

• Bied basiese verpleegsorg binne die Ortopadiese Eenheid onder toesig.
• Bied bystand aan professionele verpleegkundiges met pasiëntsorg en prosedures.
• Onderhou pasiënthigiëne, gerief en veiligheid.
• Neem waar en rapporteer veranderinge in pasiënt se toestand.
• Bied bystand met toelatings, oorplasing en ontslag.
• Onderhou akkurate rekords en verslae.
• Verseker nakoming van infeksievoorkoming en beheerstandaarde.
• Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om gehalte pasiëntsorg te verseker.
• NB: Moet bereid wees om skofte te werk soos ingedeel; sluit nagskofte, naweke en Openbare Vakansiedae in.
