Professionele Verpleegkundige (Algemene Stroom) benodig by Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal om kliniese verpleegsorg te verskaf en die implementering van gehalte pasiëntsorg te hou toesig oor.

Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/ Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroedkunde) wat registrasie by die 'South African Nursing Council' (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026) Ervaring Graad 1: Geen Ervaring Graad 2: 'n minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/ herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ervaring Graad 3: 'n minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/ herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde Kennis, Vaardighede Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatutes, en ander tersaaklike regsraamwerke.
• Nursing Act, Health Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Patient Rights Charter, Batho-Pele-beginsels, Public Service Regulations, Labour Act, Dissiplinêre Kode en Prosedure, Grievance Procedure, ens.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede;
• Verslagdoeningsvaardighede Kennisbestuur;
• Beplanning & Organisering;. Rekenaargeletterdheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegplan (kliniese praktyk/gehalte pasiëntsorg.
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (gehalte van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies wat op verpleging en gesondheidsorg van toepassing is.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut menslike, materiaal- en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Bystand verleen met afruilkies van die toesighouer en optree as skifleier op beide dag en nag wanneer nodig.
• Toon besorgdheid vir pasiënte, bevorder en beyder behoorlike behandeling en sorg insluitend bewustheid en bereidwilligheid om op pasiëntbehoeftes, -vereistes en te reageer en Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie verpleegsorg te verseker wat koste-effektief, billik en doeltreffend is.
• NB: Moet bereid wees om skof te werk soos toegeken; sluit nagshift, naweke en Openbare Vakansiedae in.
