Vereistes

• Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleegkunde (Algemene Stroom) Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/Graden Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vrouensiekunde) wat registrasie by die 'South African Nursing Council' (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige moontlik maak.
• Sertifikate van Registrasie by die SANC (Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vrouensiekunde) Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026) Ervaring: 'n minimum van 7 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Aanbeveling Rekenaarvaardigheid Kennis, Vaardighede Opleiding en Vereiste Bevoegdhede: Toon 'n diepgaande begrip van verpleegwetgewing en verwante wettige en etiese verpleegpraktyke.
• Beskik oor kommunikasievaardighede vir omgang met pasiënte, toesighouers en ander lede van die multidissiplinêre span insluitend die skryf van verslae wanneer vereis.
• Goeie menslike verhoudings wat besorgdheid oor pasiënte toon, behoorlike behandeling en sorg bevorder en onderskryf, insluitend 'n bereidwilligheid en bewustheid om op pasiënte se behoeftes, vereistes en verwagtings te reageer (Batho Pele) Toon 'n basiese begrip van HR- en Finansiële beleide en praktyke.
• Toon basiese rekenaarvaardigheid as 'n ondersteuningsinstrument om dienslewering te verbeter.
• Vermoë om eie werk, tyd en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg in die eenheid te verseker.

Pligte

• Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie verpleegsorg te verseker wat koste-effektief, billik en doeltreffend in buitepasientdienste is.
• Voer 'n gehalte omvattende kliniese verpleegpraktyk uit in ooreenstemming met die omvang van praktyk en verpleegstandaarde soos bepaal deur die wetlike raamwerk en nasionale Kernstandaarde en Office of Health Standard Compliance.
• Voer pligte uit binne die bestek van die wetlike raamwerk soos vereis.
• Verseker nakoming aan professionele en etiese praktyk.
• Werk effektief en saamwerkbaar op 'n toesighoudende vlak met persone van uiteenlopende intellektuele, kulturele, rassige of godsdienstige verskille.
• Voer pligte uit soos gedelegeer deur die toesighouer en bystandspligte van die assistent-verpleegbestuurder se kantoor soos vereis.
• Verseker implementering van programme relevant tot die spesialiteitsgebied.
• Dien in gehalteverbetering, IPC en Health and Safety-komitees NB: Moet bereid wees om skof te werk soos toegewys; insluitend nagskof, naweke en Openbare Vakansiedae.
