Die Department of Health soek 'n Assistentdirekteur Fisioterapeut om terapiedienste-bedrywighede by Frere Tertiary Hospital in Buffalo City Metro te bestuur en te koördineer.

Vereistes

• Toepaslike kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as 'n Fisioterapeut moontlik maak.
• Registrasie by die HPCSA as Fisioterapeut (Independent Practice).
• Ervaring: 'n Minimum van 3 jaar se toepaslike ervaring as Fisioterapeut na registrasie by die HPCSA waarvan 5 jaar toepaslike bestuurservaring moet wees.
• Die kandidaat moet in staat wees om 'n subafdeling van die departement te bestuur en toe te sien met deeglike kennis van radiografiese tegnieke, stralingsbeskerming, gehalteversekering, PACS en toerustingveiligheid.
• Bevoegdhede: Deeglike kennis van stralingsbeskerming, gehalteversekering en toerustingveiligheid.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Windows, Word, Excel en PowerPoint).
• Goeie skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede.
• Toon effektiewe interpersoonlike vaardighede, goeie administratiewe, strategiese beplannings- en organisatoriese vaardighede, leierskapskwaliteite en toesighoudende vaardighede.
• Kennis van Patient Archiving and Communication.
• Basiese kennis van begrotingsbeplanning sowel as die Public Finance and Management Act.
• Goeie begrip van operasionele stelsels van openbare hospitale.
• Kennis van toepaslike Health and Safety Acts.
• Kennis van toepaslike Public Service-beleide, wette en regulasies.
• Kennis van Public Health Sector Quality Improvement Initiatives.
• Konflikoplossing en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.

• Om die bedrywighede van die arbeidsterapiedienste by die Livingstone Tertiary Hospital te bestuur, te koördineer en te administreer.
• Verseker die effektiewe, doeltreffende en kostedoeltreffende bestuur van toegekende hulpbronne van die departement.
• Om deel te neem en nou saam te werk met lede van die interdissiplinêre span.
• Verskaf strategiese leierskap in die strewe na optimalisering van arbeidsterapiedienste.
• Fasiliteer opleiding en ontwikkeling van personeel en studente.
• Verskaf toesig en prestasie-evaluering.
• Bestuur gehalteversekering en kliniese bestuur binne die arbeidterapie-afdeling.
• Kommunikeer doeltreffend met alle belanghebbendes.
• Bestuurs- en administratiewe pligte van die afdeling.
