Oorsig

Geregistreerde Raadgewer-posisie by die Department of Health in Buffalo City Metro, waarvoor HPCSA-registrasie en 'n Honneursgraad in Sielkunde vereis word.

Vereistes

• Honneursgraad in Sielkunde/4-jarige Bachelor se graad in Sielkunde of enige ander toepaslike kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Geregistreerde Raadgewer toelaat.
• Registrasie by HPCSA as 'n Geregistreerde Raadgewer.
• Graad 1: geen na registrasie by HPCSA.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 8-jarige toepaslike ervaring na registrasie by HPCSA as 'n Geregistreerde Raadgewer.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 16 jaar se toepaslike ervaring na registrasie by HPCSA as 'n Geregistreerde Raadgewer. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

Pligte

• Hulle sal die eerste lyn van gemeenskapsgebaseerde ondersteuning wees deur psigo – opvoeding te verskaf, psigologiese en voorkomende intervensies uit te voer wat fokus op die bevordering en verbetering van psigososiale welsyn vir individue, gesinne, groepe en gemeenskappe.
• Die uitvoer van psigologiese sifting, basiese assessering en psigologiese intervensies met individue en groepe vir die doel van voorlopige geestesgesondheidsifting ten einde toepaslik te verwys.
• Ontwerp, implementeer en monitor ontwikkelingsprogramme wat toepaslik is vir alle stelselvlakke.
• Verskaf raadgewing in samewerking met interdissiplinêre ondersteuningspanne.
• Verslagskrywing en die verskaf van terugvoer aan kliënte oor intervensies.
• Die verskaf van opleiding en bevordering van primêre psigososiale welsyn.
• Verwysing na toepaslike professionele persone of ander toepaslike hulpbronne.
• Sal dikwels verslag doen aan die plaaslike openbare kliniese sielkundige wat binne die Distrik in diens is.
