National Treasury soek 'n Assistent-direkteur vir Besigheidsprosesse in Pretoria om besigheidsprosedures te ontwikkel en te onderhou, met 'n toepaslike diploma of graad en drie jaar se ervaring as vereiste.
Vereistes
- A Grade 12 word vereis tesame met 'n minimum Nasionale Diploma (gelykstaande aan NQF level 6) of Bachelor's degree (gelykstaande aan NQF level 7) in Business Administration of Public Administration of Business Analysis of Information Management of Computer Science. 'n Sertifisering in besigheidsproseskartering of herontwerp is 'n bykomende voordeel. 'n Minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring wat in 'n omgewing van besigheidsproseskartering en besigheidsanalise opgedoen is.
- Kennis en ervaring in modelleringsprogramme, bv.
- Case Wise, en scenario-toetstegnieke.
Pligte
- Ontwikkel Besigheidsprosesse: Ontwikkel en onderhou bestaande besigheidsprosesse en -prosedures gebaseer op prosesstudies, beste praktyke en ontleding van inligting wat met toepaslike belanghebbendes geverifieer is.
- Hersien beleide en veranderinge in die operasionele omgewing en stel verbeterings voor.
- Belyn die "how-to"-gidse met huidige omgewings en onderhou die e-learntermyne.
- Identifiseer en oes kennisbates binne Besigheidsseenhede en verseker die belyning van kennisbestuursprosesse.
- Administrasie en Bewustheid: Bied hulp met die onderhoud van proseskartering en prosedureverwante werk.
- Stel vorderingsverslae en aksielogboeke vir uitvoering op.
- Bied hulp met projekte wat besigheidsproseskarteringswerk behels.
- Voer interaktiewe betrokkenhede met belanghebbendes uit om besigheidsprosesse en -prosedures, en die implementering daarvan, te belyn.
- Berei aanbiedings voor en hou werkswinkels en bewustheidsessies.
- Belanghebbende-betrokkenheid: Doen navorsing oor beste praktyke wat van toepassing is op die vereistes van belanghebbendes.
- Versamel inligting tydens werkswinkels en gee advies tydens terugvoeressies oor leemtes en die regstellende metodes vir implementering.
- Hou opleidingssessies oor besigheidsprosesse, prosedures en verwante gereedskap vir toepaslike belanghebbendes.
- Besigheidsprosesbestuur, Verbetering en Nakoming: Hersien en verbeter besigheidsprosesse om operasionele doeltreffendheid, konsekwentheid en effektiwiteit te verhoog.
- Monitor die belyning van besigheidsprosesse met goedgekeurde beleide, prosedures, standaarde en bestuursvereistes.
- Identifiseer prosesleemtes, duplikasie en ondoeltreffendheid, en beveel regstellende en verbeteringsaksies aan.
- Ondersteun die standaardisering, implementering en deurlopende verbetering van besigheidsprosesse en verwante kontroles.
- Stel verslae op oor prosesnakoming, risiko's, verbeteringsinisiatiewe en implementeringsvordering.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. It should be noted that the National Treasury does not support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any of its recruitment and selection processes and will disqualify an application if it picks up the use of AI when completing assessments without acknowledging the source of information. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All qualifications, criminal and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on all short- listed candidates and, where applicable, additional checks will be conducted in line with the new DPSA Directive effective 01 April 2024.
