Oorsig

Toesig oor eiendomverwante uitgawes, insluitend belasting, heffings en huurkontrakte, by die Bloemfontein Streekkantoor, deur strategieë te implementeer om munisipale dienskoste te beperk.

Vereistes

  • 'n Minimum driejaar tersiêre kwalifikasie (NQF Vlak 6/Nasionale Diploma) in Ekonomie, Finansiële Bestuur, Rekeningkunde, Interne Oudit, Vastegoed en Besigheidsbestuur of gelykwaardig.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie.
  • Kennis van PFMA, Tesourie-regulasies en ander afskrifte.
  • Relevante jare ervaring op toesighoudende vlak. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
  • Kennis van finansiële en betaalstelsels sal 'n voordeel wees.
  • Relevante jare ervaring in betaling van munisipale rekeninge, belasting en heffings.
  • Verslagskryf en goeie kommunikasievaardighede, mondelings en skriftelik.
  • Organisasie- en probleemoplossingsvermoëns.
  • Goeie finansiële, interpersoonlike, analitiese en begrotingsvaardighede.
  • Vermoë om belanghebbendes te bestuur, d.w.s. munisipaliteite, kliënte se departemente, verhuurders en private individue.
  • Vermoë om onder druk te werk.

Pligte

  • Verantwoordelik om uitgawes aan eiendomme te toesig deur betaling van belasting en heffings, munisipale dienste, huurkontrakte en ander eiendomverwante betalings in die streek te toesien.
  • Implementeer langtermynstrategieë om munisipale diensuitgawes te beperk.
  • Verseker 'n deurdagte bestuurstelsel vir eiendomuitgawes, insluitend die verminding van rekeninge wat betaalbaar is om vrugtelose, vermorsende, onreëlmatige en ongemagtigde uitgawes te voorkom.
  • Bied hulp by die samestelling van die sub-direktoraat se begroting.
  • Verseker dat 'n akkurate bate-register in plek is en gereeld onderhou word vir gebruik by die verwerking van uitgawes vir alle staatsbesitte eiendomme.
  • Verseker dat alle finansiële transaksies vir die vier stadiums van die eiendom se lewensiklus op PMIS aangeteken en gemonitor word.
  • Verantwoordelik vir die implementering van strategieë om goeie ouditverslae te verseker.
  • Toesig oor personeel en bestuur van hul prestasie volgens die Prestasiebestuurstelsel.
