Vereistes

  • 'n Toepaslike 3-jaarige Nasionale Diploma/B-Graad (of hoër kwalifikasie) in inligtingstelsels, besigheidsanalise/bestuur of projekbestuurl.
  • Minimum 3 jaar toesighoudingsvlak-ervaring; 'n Geldige (Kode B of hoër) rybewys.

  • Wet op Openbare Finansiëlesbestuur (PFMA), 1999, Nasionale Skatkisregulasies, Provinsiale Skatkisinstruksies, ander finansiële beleide, vereistes, direktiewe en kollektiewe ooreenstemmings;
  • Vervoer-verwante regulatoriese, wetgewings-beleide en raamwerke;
  • Inligtingstelsels wat ondersteuning bied vir die bestuur van kennis en inligting rakende die lynfunksies;. Projekbestuurl;
  • Operasionele bestuurspatieke;
  • Prokurering- en aanbestedingsprosesse;
  • Beleidsformulering en operasionele bestuur, monitering en hersienprosesse;
  • Openbare-diensmetodes, -prosesse en -stelsels.

The purpose of the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme, which is a public service specific training programme applicable to all applicants who aspire to join the SMS, is to ensure that potential SMS members have a background in processes and procedures linked to the SMS. The successful candidate will be required to enter into an employment contract and a performance agreement.
